Filtering & Analysis
How to drill down into your data
By default, the event report shows you a summary of all of your event’s data, ranging from the first time anyone entered your event to the last time anyone left. This page takes you through the various ways you can drill down on that data.
Looking at data in specific time range
At the top of the page is a double-ended time & date slider. The left handle of the slider sets the start of the range, and the right handle changes the end of the range.
When these handles are moved, all charts & metrics on the dashboard update to reflect the new time range.
You can move these handles by pressing and holding with your finger if you’re using a touch screen, or your mouse if you’re on a desktop or laptop computer.
Hot tip: You can quickly filter the dashboard for a particular day by tapping or clicking on that day’s row in the “Attendees by day” card.

Changing display styles
Various metrics feature toggles that change the way they display. There are toggles to switch between chart styles (eg. pie chart, bar chart) and toggles that switch the style of the data breakdown below between rows and cards.
Using these toggles doesn’t alter the data being displayed at all, you might just find it easier to digest or more valuable in a particular format.
